What to include

• Game name and studio (as shown on the demo card)
• Device, operating system, and browser version
• What you expected versus what happened (blank screen, sound missing, wrong language, etc.)
• Your preferred language if the issue is localization-related

What we can help with

Broken embeds, missing thumbnails, Doctor Score questions, and suggestions for new studios or titles in the Library. We cannot reset balances inside third-party demos or process real-money transactions — there are none on this site.
